Reseller Program T&C's

By joining the program you agree to the following terms.

You ("Reseller") source and manage clients under your own brand. Artiworks Creative Agency ("Agency") provides the requested design services in the background. The client relationship remains yours at all times.
Clients pay you directly. You pay Artiworks the agreed reseller fee per project. Payments to Artiworks must be made before project start, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You are free to set your own retail prices. The difference between your retail price and our reseller fee is your profit.
The registration fee is optional. If paid, the Reseller receives: a custom-branded portfolio, social media marketing banners, and a business email address. If not paid, the Reseller can still sell services without these marketing perks.
Standard turnaround: 3–5 business days, depending on scope. Rush orders (6–24 hours) may incur extra charges.
All final designs belong to you and your client. Artiworks operates white-label — we never contact your clients directly under any circumstances.
Refunds are only applicable if Artiworks fails to deliver the agreed service. If the registration fee was paid but no client is secured for 10 consecutive months, a 50% refund of the registration fee applies.
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of client information and all project details throughout and after the reseller relationship.
Either party may terminate the reseller relationship with written notice. All outstanding payments must be settled in full before termination takes effect.
